I went for iLask eye surgery. I was met at the airport and taken to my hotel and picked up for every appointment. My English translator was with me for all the pre-op exams and was even in the room with me for my surgery. The doctor himself spoke English to me to tell me my eye surgery options and talked me through the surgery as it was happening. I got a sore throat a couple days after and they delivered cough drops right to my hotel door! They were so kind and helpful. I was nervous and my translator Tutku put my mind at ease by answering my questions and finding the answer for me when she didn’t know. I even got my teeth cleaned while I was there, it was in the same building. It was a good experience and I’d go again to use their other services.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the team at Beauty Travels. For a woman travelling alone for surgery, I felt the whole experience was extremely smooth, safe, and very professional. Prior to my flight to Turkey, I received a call from Germany to confirm everything was prepared and ready for me, from day 1 arriving at the airport with a friendly face awaiting to pick me up, hotel staff in Raddison were friendly and helpful, being collected on time by the driver to take me to take me to my appointment the next day, where I was met outside the clinic and taken directly to an English translator who then took me to have chest X-rays, to see the surgeon, fill out paperwork etc. My surgery was planned at midday which also went smooth, then even after I was discharged the aftercare remained the same and my English translator continued to communicate with me through WhatsApp. I cannot fault the team! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. I would like to say an extra thank you to the driver, he was lovely, the first and last face I saw, he put me at ease, so polite, chatty, and professional.

I have used Beauty Travels 24 for my Eye Laser Surgery. I was a little anxious getting surgery done abroad, in another country but I started my journey by reading reviews and testimonials of many companies. Beauty Travels 24 stood out to me and I convinced myself I would go ahead with the treatment. I done a consultation in the UK before I left to understand the type of tests I should be getting when I visit the clinic in Istanbul. All the tests were the same which put me at ease knowing I was in safe hands. I had filled out all my forms beforehand and off I went for my surgery. Muge was really helpful as she was my English translator and ensured everything went smoothly for me. My surgeon spoke English but more of Turkish therefore, Muge was really helpful. The experience was amazing, clean hospital, friendly staff and lots of Do's and Dont's after the surgery. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their eyes corrected or for any other service (hair transplant, teeth implants etc). My recovery was within 6 hours and its all down to you how you look after yourself post surgery. A big thank you to the team!
