Our goal is to offer our patients the highest product and service quality with maximum customer orientation. In order to ensure this high quality standard, Beauty Travels 24 is constantly expanding its quality advantages and developing new components for an all-round appearance.
Our clientele includes all people who are of legal age and want an external change. All operations that we offer our customers are treatments that are not covered by health insurance.
Patients usually have to bear these costs themselves, so they combine it with a vacation and travel to Istanbul for this purpose.
We are represented all over Europe, so we have a harmonious team with many native speakers of German, Russian, English, French, Italian and Spanish.
We are looking for customer representatives (m/f/d) who are bilingual or native level at these languages, for our office in Kavacık, Istanbul.

Your tasks include:
Personal consultations in the office
Support and processing of customer inquiries by email, post and WhatsApp
Telephone consultations (No call center concept! No sales-oriented and commission-based telephone calls!)
Organization of travel (reservations and flight bookings)
Provision of customer-oriented services
office and administrative work
Microsoft 365-Office

Professional experience is welcome, but is not an absolute requirement.
We therefore do not expect that you have already gained experience in all of the above-mentioned tasks. Rather, it is about being able to imagine some of these activities as future focal points in your everyday work and combining joy with them.

** Our specialists are dedicated to give the right information, arrange the bookings of our customers and assist them by phone.
Requirements:
– Responding to customers via phone and email
– Organizing their visits, arranging appointments, meetings, and interviews before their stay.
– Providing, editing and archiving digital document flow
– Native level English speaking, writing and reading
– Capable of using MS Office programs
– Teamwork oriented
– High communication and organizational skills
– Positive, practical, and responsible
– Intermediate level of Turkish.
